“Every amenity you might imagine you’ll need at a vacation rental, this home has. The kitchen is very nicely stocked with nice dishes and pans, as well as basic cooking spices and such in the pantry. The yard is spacious and lovely. The location is ideal, a short driving distance to the town square. Probably could walk to it easily. Very nice!”

“Fun”

“Stay was perfect. We had plenty of room. Everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the outdoor area to have a small party. House was close to everything — within walking distance. It had all the amenities we were looking for (walk in shower, laundry, grill, outdoor area) We were very pleased. We had some friends over that were also very impressed and said next time they plan to rent this one.”

“Just the easiest trip ever. Clear instructions and "rules" arrived several days before the trip. I took my mother for Mother's Day Weekend and she just loved it. The two bedrooms both had comfy beds. Super cute patio, where we had our coffee (pods included in the rental!) and cinnamon rolls (not included, but that's ok!). Overall, highly recommended for folks wanting to stay close to Downtown Prescott.”

“Beautiful place”

“We had a great weekend stay in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the spaces inside and out along with an end of season dusting of snow to wake up to Saturday morning! The home had everything we needed and more in the kitchen for meals and prep. The neighborhood was quiet and was situated perfectly to get to the soccer fields for the tournament we were attending. Would certainly book again!”

“Awesome 2 br house that was big enough for our family of 5, with 3 boys ages 16, 13 and 9 and our dog. Dog loved the doggie door and fenced yard and looking out the window. Couches were so comfy and great to hang out as a family and watch tv. Beds were comfy. Bathroom shower was great with water pressure and had a beautiful stained glass window. Place had everything you needed to cook. We loved how close it was to downtown and went there several times per day. Close to drive to hiking and……

“This house was perfect for our needs. My retired husband and I stayed in the main house and our adult son, wife, and two dogs stayed in the guest house. Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed the proximity to downtown for our dinners, or ice cream. We enjoyed the shaded patio and the fenced yard for the dogs. We would definitely stay here again!”
