The location is great with easy access to downtown, SOMA, and midtown. It’s a very walkable neighborhood. The owners were very easy to communicate with and check in/check out was simple. I really appreciated that it was pet friendly. I would absolutely recommend.”

Conveniently 10 minutes from restaurants/Walmart. 3 min from Dollar General. Only complaint is you cannot run hot water in sink while in shower or expect a cold shower. Also bring your own bath soap.”

“This house was good for our large group. We had mostly preteen girls! Everyone had their own space. The kitchen was every spacious and had everything we needed. Hope to use this house again if we're in the area!”

“While there is nothing particularly wrong with the house, we did have lots of issues. The internet was terrible like many others have said. Some poor attempts were made to fix the issue but during our 3 weeks there, internet was out over half the time. And there was no true urgency to fix it until the day before our move out. Other issues included an unpleasant smell that greeted you when you entered the house, overly loud heating and air, and an unstable primary bed. Overall, it feels like the……

“The Rosemont is simply one of the best places we stayed at in all of Arkansas. It was only for one night on a road trip across the state, but it could not have been more perfect. Clean, cozy, cutely decorated, smelled good, unique, safe, walkable neighborhood, interesting things to see and eat and do nearby. Oh and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Reasonably priced for all the bonuses of staying there, and the communication was excellent to boot. Would absolutely stay there again.”
