「Adorable hotel! So cute and well decorated, lots of thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. Each floor had a little sitting area that had comfortable chairs and couches and decorated so cozy. Lots of games and puzzles to play there as well. Our room was so cute and beautifully decorated. Room had fridge and everything in it was complimentary. Also tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room. Our room came with complimentary breakfast, probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had! ...

「This is a great little place - central, spotlessly clean and so helpful/accommodating. Perfect for a pre-cruise stay in Southampton」

「Nice and comfortable excellent decor. However toiletries need improvement, body wash and shampoo combined and no body lotion」

「Good but no parking in hotel.」

「We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. 「Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.」

「The bar was great. It was a little hard moving luggage up stairs to 2nd floor. The room was a little small but perfect for a short stay. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable for a night.」

「Very clean. Host was excellent.」
