「We always stay here when we come into town! Very convenient location when visiting our family!」

「Good」

「Very clean room and public areas, complimentary coffee, tea, and breakfast in the lobby, which is very nice and easy for guests. Easy parking, 10-15 mins walking distance to nearby restaurants and cafes. I'd recommend it to anyone who's around for a short trip or business trip.」

「No room cleaning service, no offering water, no offering new towels…didn’t clean up garbage can, bad smell in the room.」

「Check in was easy and quick. The staff very courteous. Our room was immaculate. Very clean bathroom with nice fixtures and Dove products. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Excellent full breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.」

「The room was quite humid, loud AC unit. Walls are very thin, I could hear people talking in the next room until 12:30am. Did not get much sleep.」

「Environment quiet, air conditioner too noise」

「The thing I liked the most was the front desk staff & the breakfast crew. They were all so kind & friendly. Love the room, the outside dog area and the location.」

The walls are all marked up, dead spider in a web in the corner of the ceiling, stains on the walls, the door handle on the bathroom door...

Although we were “lakeside”, the part of the lake was a very small and long inlet that the hotel sits on and you couldn’t really see much of the actual huge lake. We could never get hot water from the sink. Luckily the shower did have hot water but had to let it run a long time to get it. The restaurant closed at 4 pm...
