“The view is beautiful! We really enjoyed sitting on the upper and lower decks that over-looked the river. The dock was very nice… we tried to fish but did not catch anything. The children loved the rope swing and the fruiting orange tree in the back. We also had an Easter egg hunt in the back yard (which is large). There is a fire pit as well. The house is two stories but you have to use outside stairs to get up/down. This did not bother us, however if you have smaller children it might. It is……

“Truly a very special place. Highly recommended for lovers of tranquility and nature. We also enjoy bike rides, walks, and gathering at the wonderful dock on the river to watch the sunset. Finishing off with a nice circle around the campfire. We would repeat the experience”

“Loved the house. Plenty of room, comfy beds and very clean. My daughter and family stayed downstairs. It was a little warmer than they liked but found a fan that helped a lot. River was up but all good. It has a floating deck that was large enough for the pontoon boat. We enjoyed just riding the river n site seeing. Everything was great. Only recommendation I would have is to leave one cabinet empty for groceries. It’s just my personal preference. I’m a little OCD and this house was perfect for……

“Clean, nicely appointed house with nice amenities. All the little extras you did not think or forgot to bring. A small charcoal grill, wood for fire pit, even fishing poles for the pond! The massage chair and retro style video game arcade are nice touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was responsive to questions and attended to every detail. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The location is secluded so if peace and quiet is what you’re looking for, this is the place. Super clean, nicely decorated. Although there is a dock, it is in need of repair. Seemed a little dicey walking to the end which makes it a challenge to use the kayaks provided. Even launching from the property isn’t possible because of the grass. The yard needs attention but again, this is country and the area has been hit by hurricanes so that may be why. Picnic table needs to be replaced as it’s……

“The owners are super sweet and the place is very spacious. The dock is super convenient, their hoses are the perfect length to rinse a boat off, and the fish cleaning station was a major perk! Will have to come back and stay again soon!!”
