「We held a small family reunion at this property. The home was as listed and all the furniture was very comfortable. The owner was available and very nice. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to restaurants and stores with an easy 30 minute drive to Dallas or Fort Worth.」

The adults enjoyed getting together in the living room with seats for everyone. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and store, and convenient to both Dallas and Fort Worth. 「We had a wonderful overnight stay while we roamed about Waxahachie for a couple of days with our two kiddos. The hosts were gracious and even turned on the hottub for us to relax after a long day. Cindi was super responsive and we had everything we needed. The beds are incredibly comfy, the pool is awesome, and overall we had a great time. The stairs were a little scary for me at first, (but Im afraid of heights- lol). Would definitely stay there again in the future. ❤️❤️❤️」

「Arrived at property unable to access unit. Code didn't work Owner came to property to open unit. Due to cold weather, struggled to get door open. Once opened we discovered a few inches of water throughout the unit. It was flooded due to pipe burst. As of today, still no refund and have received no response from owner. I have used VRBO and never had an issue. We felt bad for the owners when we saw the flooded unit but were promised a refund immediately. As of today 12/27 no response from owner...

「The property was very cute and actually being by the railroad tract was fun and different and the kids enjoyed it. I was worried about the noise from them but it didnt impact us. There was a plumbing issue (just the quirks of being on septic) but Kim was super responsive. We had a weddng near by and the location worked well for that. The immediate area doesnt offer much but a short drive into town and there's everything. Its definitely quiet except for the passing trains.」

「Enjoyed the cozy house and included ammenities. Nice cook and dishware, powerful wifi that worked well with 4 xbox systems running online gaming, super hot water in showers.
