“整體感覺溫馨，是個適合休憩的好所在。除了房間以外，公共區域的客廳還附有望遠鏡提供遊客賞鳥，我最驚艷的部份是飯店提供的早餐，每天有不一樣的選擇，真的很棒。”

“The house was in a quiet neighborhood with a cute park nearby. The host was responsive and helpful when needed. Even though he suggests using rideshare because of potential parking issues, he was able to save us a spot because we had to drive in from out of town. Just be aware that the neighbors aren't always as conscientious: there was often garbage littering the sidewalks and pet owners didn't always clean up after their dogs. “We were unable to find the property or reach Shaw Carter, the property manager (or whatever). We were stranded and Verbo found us a room at Best West. We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. ”

“We had a very nice 6-day stay here. Great hosts, great hospitality. Wish we took a picture of our breakfasts--very tasty and healthy. Plenty of places to sit outside, which was nice in the morning, but the Valley does get very hot at night in the summer. Thought there would be more road noise from Oxnard, but wasn't bad. AC runs in afternoon to mid-evening; we were able to open windows after that. Bed was fairly firm, but comfortable. Some snacks in the room and water in the……
