The dining area seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for short stays, and if you need anything extra, we’ll be happy to provide it as soon as possible.

Before your arrival, you’ll receive a link with detailed step-by-step instructions for accessing the property.
It includes everything from the exact address and location to the building entry codes and the digital lock access code.
You’ll also find instructions on how to use the lockbox to retrieve the access card for the parking gate, along with a short tutorial on how to enter the code properly.
Everything is clearly explained to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in.

You’re also welcome to use the barbecue area at your convenience.
The approximate hours of use are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., giving you plenty of time to enjoy it throughout the day.

Ocupación y uso de áreas comunes: Máximo 6 personas por departamento en rentas vacacionales (incluye niños). No se permiten visitas externas en alberca, asador o terraza para huéspedes temporales.

Alberca y terraza: Horario: 10:00 AM a 8:00 PM. Prohibido: comida, bebidas alcohólicas, objetos de vidrio o entrar con arena o mojado al elevador. Reservación del asador: mínimo con 24 horas de anticipación, máximo 3 horas por uso. No se permiten inflables, música alta, ni uso exclusivo de la alberca.

Ruido y comportamiento: Está prohibido escuchar música en volumen alto en áreas comunes o dentro de los departamentos.

Estacionamiento: Estacionarse únicamente en el cajón asignado.

Multas destacadas: Música fuerte: $15,000 MXN. Ingresar música en vivo: $30,000 MXN. Tirar basura en pasillos o áreas comunes: $2,000 MXN. Subir mojado al elevador: $1,000 MXN.
