Emplacement idéal mais .....
Vu sur mer, danc également un peu de fraicheur. Mais sur les 6 nuits passé dans cet maison on a eu 4 nuits de chants religieus de 7 h l'après midi jusque 7 heures le matin.

La maison est très bien mais dans un quartier isolé et trop près des mosquées le samedi jusqu a 5h00 du matin chants religieux .la plage devant la maison est très sale cela ne donne pas envie de se baigner .attention électricité non comprise et pour 7 jours 30.000 cfa sans utilisation de la clim.la femme de ménage n est pas du tout souriante et reste assise 3h00 sur les 4 qu elle passe a la maison.boubou le gardien est très gentil

Great spot
We had a really good 10 days at this house! We had actually been here 10 years earlier, when it was in the hands of a different owner. Some minor changes have been made, but essentially it is still the same home and grounds. The pool is great, the location is good, and it is as close to the beach as you can get! Our favorite features of the house are the pool and the second story deck that looks out on the ocean. This deck is where we spent a lot of our time and where we ate many of our meals. There are a few things worth noting about this house though in terms of full disclosure that are not necessarily clear on the website: 1. This is not the ideal house to rent during the rainy season. This is not an enclosed house, meaning that all the rooms open to the outside and that to go from room to room you need to go outside. So when it is raining, to go from the bedroom to the kitchen, you get wet. To go from the living room to your bedroom (expect for the one bedroom that is connected to the living room) you get wet. The area for dining is also outside, although it has a roof it has no sides. If you sit under that shelter it is raining you still get wet and there is an area of the roof that leaks, so you really get wet under that. So while we made it work, this is not an ideal rainy season home. Also our bedroom on the second floor flooded twice as the rains came under the porch door. The house caretaker was great with helping us clean it up when we discovered it, but again, not the best time of year to rent this home. As I said earlier, we had been at this home before, but in the month of January when there was no rain and did not realize the differences it could make. 2. There is no large common indoor space. The website lists a grand salon, but I would say that this is a stretch. There is a room, the same size as the bedrooms that has a nice TV and coffee table and 2 sofas that seat 2/3 each. With all the rain we ended up spending significant time in that room. The house sleeps 8, but we did not have that many with us. If we did, that room would have been really too crowded. So again, this is a good house, but in nice weather when you can take full advantage of the outside. The house keeper and the caretaker were both kind and helpful. The pool was very fun although it needs a good deep cleaning pretty badly to get the mold off the sides. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a decent restaurant within walking distance

Rien de négatif, des petits soucis matériel très vite pris en charge par Mamadou, il se débrouille pour vous aider et ou trouver ce que vous chercher, Bouba qui s’occupe de la maison à le cœur sur la main, gentil, poli et également toujours prêt à vous aider et ces brochettes de lotte au BBQ un délice, très impatient d’y retourner

Excellent séjour à M'Bour dans la villa "les dunes"
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Communication facile avec la propriétaire. Excellent accueil et aide précieuse de Mamadou et Boubou. On vous conseille les brochettes de lotte et le mafé préparé par Awa, la cuisinière. La description de l'annonce est totalement conforme aux images. Le marché central de M'Bour est accessible à pied et un lieu où l'on peut tout trouver. A visiter dans le coin, la réserve de Bandia, l'ile aux coquillages à Joal-Fadiouth. Convient pour une famille.

Un vrai havre de paix!!
Cette maison a un charme fou et dès qu'on est à l'intérieur, le monde semble s'arrêter. Elle est très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. La piscine est must dans les environs, sachant que la mer à proximité n'est pas toujours des plus propre (fonction des courants marins...) Cerise sur le gâteau, le personnel (femme de ménage/cuisinière) et le gardien sont d'une bonté inouïe. Mention spéciale au formidable Boubou, toujours là pour votre bien être tout en sachant être d'une grande discrétion!! Ce lieu est vraiment a découvrir, a louer sans la moindre hésitation. C'est un vrai coup de cœur💕

Superbe et agréable!
Villa la Dune est bien agréable! Spacieuse et lumineuse! Les photos représentent fidèlement l'état actuel de l'endroit! Bouba le gardien à veillé avec coeur à notre bonheur et au bon fonctionnement....il nous a même cuisiné des brochettes de Lottes sur le grill au charbon et c'était plus que délicieux! Cuomba et Awa les 2 femmes de ménage présentes sont toujours souriantes et étaient disposées durant la journée à nous faire découvrir des plats typiques sénégalais quand nous le souhaitions! Bref, nous avons bien mangé tous les jours! La cuisine est bien équipée, fonctionnelle et tout est à notre disposition. (seul le micro-onde ne marchait pas!) Le marché public à une quinzaine de minutes de marche est à ne pas manquer. Coloré de ses centaines de kiosques, ses odeurs et de milliers de personnes, c'est un excellent moyen de s'approprier le pouls de M'Bour. La piscine est bien entretenue et a été notre coup de coeur avec nos 3 enfants. La plage étant particulièrement pleine de déchets, nous n'y avons pas passé de grands moments! *(Pensez à amener un flotteur au besoin!) Le quartier est bondé d'enfants souriants qui étaient tous plus heureux les uns que les autres de faire notre connaissance et celle de nos 3 enfants (2-4-6 ans) Les gens du voisinage sont gentils et accueillants, mais trouvent vite plusieurs raisons pour tenter de nous réclamer qqs billets à nous les *Toubabs (les blancs!). Il faut rester vigilants! Mamadou nous a aussi organisé les transports pour déplacements et activités (aéroport à notre arrivée, aller au marché Auchan, banque, réserve de Bandia, départ pour une autre ville...). Tout a été facile! Juste à demandé et toute l'équipe est heureuse de pouvoir aider!
