This brand new apartment is all you need to have a pleasant stay. It counts with a perfect location with all the things you need in less than 5 Min. Also, you can enjoy the best amenities for you to have a cozy stay. Either you come for work or pleasure, this is the perfect place for you!

The apartment is brand new and has been decorated with a modern & cozy style for you to have a pleasant stay. It has luxury amenities such as memory foam mattresses, real down comforters, and big Tv’s for you to have a perfect night.

Guest have complete access to the entire apartment.

We like to always be there for our guests! That’s why we are available 24/7 in case there is something needed.

The apartment its on a gated neighborhood and has one of the best and secure location in the city. In less than 5 min, there is La Plaza Mall, hospitals, other popular shopping centers, airport, restaurants and schools.

The apartment counts with 2 car spots.
-STRICTLY PROHIBITED to have Parties or Events.
-Quiet Hours are from 11pm to 8am.
-Please do not use the towels for makeup. If the towels are stained, there will be a charge of $10 for each towel.

I was pleasantly surprised. Due to the price I was expecting older apartment style units, what I actually got was newer construction with granite and tile floors and tall ceilings, not to mention gated complex. It was close to everything, restaurants, mall and airport. Hotels were almost double the price but this unit had 2bedrooms 2 baths, full kitchen and living room. I was very impressed, told my husband we needed to build units like these to rent back home. Management company was very responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We were in town for a softball tournament and it was a reasonable distance to each of the different parks we had to get to. It was in a nice gated community and the property was very clean. Board games for some family fun, while relaxing at the apartment would have been nice, but we had no issues during our stay.

Fall break

The host was fantastic. We are older and found the living room furniture nearly impossible to get up from. Our host brought us some desk chairs to sit in. The place was very clean.
