“The property is tucked away on a private cove overlooking Cherokee lake and the glamp sites are nestled into the trees. We enjoyed the shade, the fire pit, the comfy bed and the mini fridge at our campsite. It was so cozy and comfortable! Further, the bath house and outdoor shower are incredible! “This was our second visit to Idle Hour Farm. It was fun exploring the property. Used the fireplace on cool crisp mornings we are early risers. I was formerly raised in Tennessee. The log house reminded me of my grandparents log house of days gone by ruined by fire. Love pd sitting on the rockers on the front porch. We even saw a wild turkey doing a walk about. “Our stay couldn't have been more perfect. A lot of thought was put into this cute little cabin. It's small, but has everything you need for your stay and then some! The owners are the best in communicating and answering questions. They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Our kiddos were surprised to even see toys and games available in the cabin. We did game nights nightly while waiting for food to cook in the adorable little kitchen.
