“This really is a 10/10 property! We stayed here 3 nights for our anniversary and loved it. Beautiful cabin, LOVE the stream and rushing water out back, the Edison lights overhead at night, and the fire pit. Plus, secluded and quiet. “Perfect cabin for a few days in Western NC visiting friends and taking my daughter on college visits to App State, etc. The hot tub was perfect, beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. If you don’t mind being 30 mins from Boone or Wilkes, it’s a great find at a more than fair rate. Would most definitely stay there again!”

“After long days working on land we own in the area, we found ourselves relishing the nice clean hot tub and listening to nothing but the sound of the pine needles in the breeze. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. Our dog could run and play in peace. We really loved relaxing in the hot tub. “This place is a perfect location if you are exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway. It has a great patio complete with a hot tub, grill and firepit. Wonderful after a day of hiking! We loved the homey touches such as a coffee bar and book recommendations. The kitchen was well stocked and communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer.”

“This is a nice, clean and private cabin near west Jefferson. The master bedroom is a good size and the two upstairs rooms are nice. The deck is large and overlooks the river. Nice quiet area to walk our dogs in. Only negatives are the walls/floors are very thin and you hear everything. The kitchen is smaller with really no prep area and no pantry. Husband and kids enjoyed fishing the river although only one bite. Dogs loved the water as well and the weather was warm for the season. This……

“The property is so beautiful. We walked the trails several times a day. Our dogs had a great vacation. They loved the freedom of the place. We heard the flying squirrels and were lucky enough to have one float past the window. Nearby we enjoyed the Grayson Highlands State Park. We did a short hike and got to see some wild ponies. The home is beautifully decorated and you can tell the owner wants you to have a great experience.”
