"The rooms are not overly clean- lots of dust. The tv in the room is horrible. It would not respond to the remote easily - very delayed. Also you can’t connect your device to the tv like other hotels to stream. You have to pay for movies - old school and limited and faulty as wouldn’t always play the movie. Had to call reception to have Maintence come up. Even then it struggled to work. The Mayfair reception staff didn’t even know the in room iPad could book a taxi. As we booked one for advance and it hadn’t been actioned. The prices of the rooms is over priced in my view for the quality and amenities provided. The breakfast was average. Waffles were always out of stock at the buffet and not refilled. "

"The check in & check out was good the room was clean & comfortable & breakfast was inexpensive and good quality. The carpet in the breakfast room needed to be replaced. "

"Disappointed that the bar was not open on a Sunday night but grateful for the complimentary snacks, water & wine."

"Room/Cabin was not worth $180. Very dated and the couch was worn through. Microwave didn’t work, bathroom door wouldn’t latch and there were ants everywhere through the place. "
