This house was a nice fit for what we needed, however it definitely needs to updated.

The carpet needs to be taking up and the bathrooms needs updated. Its nice just not worth the price.

Poor cleaning and pictures online are not accurate

When we arrived at the house the house was not very clean ,there were old qutips left in the garbage On the second floor bathroom , snack wrappers left behind the couch my wife And friends had to clean the entire house They were also cobwebs everywhere Also on the outside of the house the gutters were clogged so when it rained they would over flow next to the exit doors of course house is not well taken care of there are tree branches every where on the roof There are tons of items in the house that need maintenance and the beds should be replaced when you lay down you could feel the springs house needs TLC

Cute house needs work

Cute house, nice layout, great location. However there were so many things in need of serious repair and generally the home was filthy. In the kitchen the door to the lazy Susan cabinet had a broken hinge. The kitchen was poorly appointed with utensils and such. Sprayer at kitchen sink could not be used because sprayer hose was too short. Trash can is too small for number of people allowed in rental group. Propane tank was empty and no spare available. No hand towels available for bathrooms or powder room. Upper level bathroom doors do not lock and do not even close completely. Dead flies were all over floor. Carpet was filthy. TV remotes did not even have batteries much less dead batteries Lower level mattresses horrible, patio door from bedroom only opens 3 inches, broken bathroom and bedroom doors, carpet filthy, corner shower leaks, downstairs bed duct taped together. Renter responsible for lighting pilot on fireplace - very dangerous. Remotes had no batteries. Lamp in living room broken. Overall this home was not one we would return to in it’s current condition. Would be a great house if cleaned well, repairs done and cared for.
