    Enjoy access to community amenities including an outdoor pool and tennis courts, or unwind inside by the cozy gas fireplace.
    Step outside to the outdoor gazebo with a gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings year-round. For entertainment, guests will love the ping pong table, foosball, and exercise equipment—something for everyone to enjoy.

    Whether you're here for lake days, mountain adventures, or simply to unwind, Summit View Lodge is the perfect Deep Creek escape.

    Dog-Friendly Notice: Maximum of two dogs per reservation. A $175/non-refundable fee will be added for each dog. Dogs should be well-behaved, trained, and friendly; dogs with a history of aggression or destruction are not permitted. In order to comply with many of our home's rental insurance policies, breeds listed as most aggressive are banned for all rentals, regardless of individual training and temperament. If you are planning to bring a dog, please reach out to us upon booking to discuss your dogs breed to get final approval from our staff.

Summit View Lodge provided the perfect place for our family to gather during the Fourth of July weekend. The home is spacious for moments of gathering as a family: large, spacious dining table, open concept living room, expansive deck, and game room. Yet, it also provides quaint, private nooks for moments when individuals prefer to unwind, on their own. From the beginning, when I first inquired about reserving her home and then throughout the actual stay, communication with Lori was excellent! I would highly recommend a stay at Summit View Lodge.
