Location was great and overall layout of the house was good. Unfortunately, the house was also in need of some basic maintenance. Both sliding doors were so stiff that they were nearly impossible to open. Both decks were in need of a good cleaning. The furniture on the lower deck was so dirty it could not be used. One of the reasons we selected the house was the first floor bedroom with a walk in shower. This made it ideal for my senior parents. However, the floor of the shower was so slippery, they were nervous when using it. I recommend a rubber mat or non skid pads be added.
