NYE Getaway

The property overall was great. Very clean and the space was well thought out, however there were a few amenities listed that were not quite up to snuff.

Had a great long weekend

My group (12) and I were pretty pleased with this property. It was comfortable and the hot tub was great (and huge - it really does fit 8 adults). We also deeply appreciated the two full size fridges in the kitchen and the large table and island with stools. The kitchen itself was very well appointed with some exceptions as noted below, but plentiful utensils, plates, cook- and serving-ware. Things that could be better - like many houses built only to make money with no intention to ever be lived in, it was kind of stark and was lacked attention to detail - poor finish work (incomplete framing on our bedroom door meant it could never actually close, kitchen drawer design made lack of drawer pulls frustrating, loose balusters), exactly one (1) cooking knife in the kitchen, dirty icemaker, no comfort items like art or extra blankets, and property was more exposed than I thought. To be fair it's a new neighborhood and therefore not as much tree cover/plant life as there would be in a more settled location and it was too cold for the trees to have leaves, but I was still hoping for a little more privacy. Overall I would gladly stay here again but it might be time for me to seek out properties owned by people and not companies.

Great stay!

We rented this property for a 30th birthday and it was wonderful! Perfect house in a beautiful neighborhood! Only wish is that there would have been a full length mirror somewhere. Highly recommend!

Early Family Christmas getaway

The property was perfect for our family gathering. The house was everything we expected! Plenty of open space, seating , and fabulous kitchen and huge table for family dinner! Loved it!

Awesome Cabin

We had a very nice weekend get away at this cabin. The neighborhood was quite and very nice. The cabin is beautiful and very spacious. We had 15 guests total and it had plenty of room for us all. We will be coming back for sure!

Nice house

This is a beautiful house in a bad location. If you are looking for a view of the mountains, lake or golf course keep looking. The cleaning crew left the main bathroom with a dirty brush in the shower and hair on the floor and the landscape was overgrown. I would return to the area just a different house.

Not as great as expected

Property location was amazing however couple of things ruined our experience. - despite of my request for clean and ready to use hot tub. It was not clean, stinking and had ticks in water ( I have pictures) - garbage disposal took us a while to figure out, no clear instructions. Had to keep messy bags and my car and drive around to find dumpsters. - Gas grills were extremely dirty, we had to clean them but it had so much left over grease that it caught fire and we had to close them. To safety concerns.
