DON’T PLAN TO GRILL

For the most part, the house was nice and comfortable however, the gas grill you can tell it hasn’t been used in a very long time as it was rusted and broken forcing us to change our dinner plans tonight. Don’t expect to use the outdoor fireplace as it is also broken and not operable. For the most part, it wasn’t a bad house.

Perfect family getaway

My whole family was very impressed by all the amenities at the house. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, a plethora of board games, good variety of wifi games, large deck with so much seating. We had an awesome time. The grill and hot tub were all working fine. We were there on a rather warm July weekend, so the main room/kitchen by the floor to ceiling windows did get a little warm throughout the day time hours. However, keeping the blinds closed around the house and the doors closed to the bedrooms allowed them to stay perfectly cool even on the third floor. Also there were ceiling fans in all the rooms along with many portable fans to help keep us cool. Overall, an excellent stay for my family which included two kids under 7 and a pregnant mama.

Large home but disappointed

The house has plenty of space for a large family. We were very disappointed that the internet did not work the whole weekend. The grill was rusted and not clean so we were unable to use it. The property could have been cleaner. It was hard to regulate the temperature throughout the house. The basement was cold and the upper floors were hot. The pool table, air hockey, and games were a nice touch.

A fine house for a weekend with friends

This is a nice home in a good location. We stayed with friends for a weekend of biking. It was comfortable and well stocked, and the outdoor seating area was very nice and spacious. The downside of the house - the internet was not working; we called guest services and it was eventually restored. The gas grill had an empty propane tank, which was unfortunate because we had planned to use it to cook dinner on our second night. There was some additional inattention to detail that was provided privately. All in all, it was a fine place to stay with friends, hopefully this feedback will make it a perfect place to stay with friends.
