Upon arrival 11 minutes earlier that the 4 p.m. check-in time, we texted to the hosts to let them know we were there and to make sure it was okay for us to enter and they would not allow us to until exactly 4. I know the listing says no earlier than 4 but 11 minutes??? No one was there and the cleaning ...
