“We had an overnight stay here due to visiting UT-Chattanooga and attending a basketball game at the school. We checked into the hotel late, but didn’t fully realize what kind of room we had as this was our first stay at this hotel. We were blown away by the amount of space we had, the cleanliness, the kitchen, etc. Not only was our room top tier, the hotel attendants were great! Checking in and checking out was a smooth process. We are already planning our next visit and will plan to stay……

“-The mattresses are way too old and uncomfortable. As you try to lay down, you would sink in them. -The TV is outdated, it does need to be replaced with the ones with smart features. -Upon arrival, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes at the front desk until someone showed up. However, their check out was super easy as they provided text message notifications to check out. -The hotel does not provide self parking option and the is no parking lot on the property. They, however, provide valley……

“Spectacular property with beautiful views and close to great venues. The on property restaurant and bar area were just as good. Our suite was spacious and had a outdoor patio and views of the river. ”

“The Dwell is quaint and full of character at the same time. Staff members were top notch in every way. Drink menu downstairs was solid and bartenders were superb. Will visit again and this will be where I stay again. ”

“We stayed for our anniversary weekend. From the moment we checked in, to checking out 4 days later, the staff was polite, the maid service was wonderful, and the hotel is clean!”

“Eating breakfast while we watched the sunrise was unforgettable. The entire hotel smells great, like a spa. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and property was spotless. The one drawback is the pool area. It’s a little snug in terms of available seating, and towels were an issue.”

“The property was okay. We felt like we could not get good sleep. The walls are extremely thin you can hear the next room and upstairs. You can also hear everyone by the pool and workers early. ”

“Location was great. Staff was great. Cons. Only one elevator working. Have to pay extra for parking. ”

“I loved the location and the staff was quite nice. Breakfast was good. Everything seemed clean and newer. My only complaint is my room smelled strongly of dog. Particularly the bed. Very strong lingering dog smell. And trust me, I love a dog friendly hotel. That’s a wonderful amenity. But the room smell was too much. ”
