“The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation.
Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received……

I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. “Great location, beautiful property. Bed was comfy. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro. A different metro was 10 minutes the other direction. Plenty of options for food and groceries. Full kitchen was nice. Overall, it was a great place I'd stay at again. ”

“We loved the area and not knowing DC at all was extremely happy with how pretty the area was. All the homes were well cared for. Some beautiful architecture.The listing was confusing because they showed the three bedrooms and then showed a photograph of an office. Which turned out to be the third bedroom. So we thought we were actually getting four rooms with beds. We utilized the couch rather than the blowup beds and that work just fine.”
