「The water pressure in shower was nice... But to have to dry off with smoke filled towels with cat hair sucked. Had to buy own t.p. And don't expect new towels everyday. The lady at desk was rude, unhelpful. Everyone else was pleasant and helpful.」
「The UFS Lodge used to be a convalescent home, so it has large spaces everywhere, to make room for all those wheelchairs I guess. We stayed in a king sized bed, super comfortable, and had access to a full kitchen. The staff was helpful and friendly.」
「We checked in very late because of a medical issue. They had no record of our reservation, even though I had called the day before to alert them of a late check in. It worked out okay, but definitely caused some concern.
They told me they didn’t use Hotels.com… what is the problem ???」
