I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these ...

Check-in staff was wonderful- very friendly and helpful. Our room had multiple outlets that did not work and the shower was not clean- rust or mold around the edges. The carpet was quite stained too.
