「It’s our third time staying as the location is perfectly situated for two events we go to in the same weekend. The room is very comfortable and there are several thoughtful touches by the owners. We travel with our dog and the fenced in yard is perfect. Our dog also loved the basket of dog toys to play with. Water pressure/temperature and WiFi all great. 」

「Location worked for our stay. Close to gas station, a few restaurants and DG. Great back parking area. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Beds were great and can we say AMAZING SHOWERS!!! Host was friendly and welcoming. We had 0 issues! Great place! 」

「Loved our stay! We were here for a wedding so didn't get as much time to enjoy the facilities but we were able to take a short hike and kayak on the river. Beautiful property, very clean and comfortable room perfectly set-up and with coffee/creamer in the room for our convenience. Kathi was so helpful every time we reached out. Highly recommend!」

「Hiwassee Acres was better than I could have expected. The property was beautiful and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Kathi and David were great hosts who could be found working around the property. The unit was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the patio with lights and the pickleball courts!」

「This place is a hidden gem in Cleveland TN. Don’t let the exterior fool you, the inside is amazing. Beautifully decorated. Huge bedrooms. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of room to move around. Really enjoyable stay 」

「Very nice garage converted apartment with extra touches. I would have given 5 stars but as we used it mainly for a place to sleep the soda sleeper let it down as it's basically a futon. 」
