“We only had 2 issues that made the experience subpar. The pictures and the description say that the living room had sofa-bed for a third person. Just know, the sofa-bed is actually a chair. The photo shows a black futon couch. It was a chair that folds out into a sleeping space (like at a hospital). This is fine, but I would have brought an air mattress had I known. The other issue was the smoke alarm. It kept going off for no reason. It woke us up 3 different times. The owner ended up……

“The cabins were clean and cute. Great amenities around the property. Great view outside!”

“The condo is beautiful and clean. Beds are comfortable. The hosts thought of everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need including coffee pods and grounds and little creamer pods in the fridge. The pullout bed is the most comfortable I've ever laid on. There's a white noise machine in both bedrooms which is so thoughtful. The decor and colors in this condo are so beautiful. The pool behind the condo is pretty small but the second pool down by the river is much bigger……

“I like it ”

“Such a cute property that is impeccably maintained and exactly as advertised. The cottage has everything you might need and communication was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot in the area. Many thanks to the Cribaris!”

“We loved our stay!! My 11 year old said it was "the best hotel we've ever stayed at". Everything there was great.”

“Love this place! The kids enjoyed Kayaking, fishing, pool time and games, all within walking distance. The area was well kept and clean. The beds were comfy and the cabin was clean. My only complaint was amenities indicated there was a stove top and oven so we thought it was a full range but it was not. It was a portable two sided burner and the microwave was also an oven but don’t recommend baking in it. ”

“Convenient location, comfortable beds, kitchen was nice and well stocked for cooking. It was great for our group of 4.”

“We had so much fun! Property is located super close to the pool and also the Comal river. Landa River Trips is right next door to the property and we were able to walk over, reserve our tubes and walk down to the river. You get a discount off tubes by staying at this property. Check-in was super easy, Lyle is a great host. The condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!”

“Clean, comfortable, and great location”

“Had a great experience! If you like the idea of glamping, A/C, hamocks, and hot showers thisnplave is for you.”

“The property was super convenient to Gruene, Tx. We visited there everyday of our trip , my boys love golf so staying on the course was excellent. Will stay here again.”

“A short drive into San Antonio and to other attractions. Nice getaway from the hustle and bustle. Quiet minus the very entertaining roosters. Fire pit was nice on a cooler evening. Kids lived in the pools. Kayaking on the creek was a highlight. Cabin was cozy. Staff were amazing.”

“Absolutely one of the best places to stay in the area. ”

“Our stay was perfect! Exactly as listed. Parking would be easier with a car or smaller SUV. Close to tubing the river water park and restaurants. Would stay here again”

“Wonderful property and location, would definitely visit again!”
