“The space was so clean and perfect for our family. Our hosts were wonderful, the yummy brownies were a welcoming touch. It was very private and a great place to relax after exploring Spokane. We would rent again!”

“We were there for a wedding and were not in the room a lot. Perfect for our needs”

“The property was perfect for our needs and the host was great. We plan to stay there again when we visit our daughter.”

“It’s super charming place with everything described in the description. Great location”

“Good host, location pretty close to downtown, clean and comfortable unit.”

“This was a perfect alternative to staying in a hotel. The price was similar but we had a full kitchen and lots of extra space. The host made the space feel homey and inviting. The towels were plush and the beds were super comfortable. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Next time we visit our daughter we will stay again.”

“The apartment was clean and roomy and attractive. The hostess was amazing. We will stay there again.”

“Everything was great nice space, very clean, lots of room ! Would definitely stay again !”

“Host was responsive and accommodating, property was great. Hope to stay again!”

“Pros: Very nice unit and building, generally comfortable, check in was easy, gated parking and brita filter provided was nice. Pans and stove for cooking worked well.Cons: Unit was entered multiple times with no heads up or clarity with things left that I had to clean up. Strange smell in one of the bedrooms, seemingly to come on and off, possibly related to plumbing. Strange BO-like smell in the couch. Second bedroom had no issues. Only scratched up plastic plates and bowls available which are……

“This lovely apartment exceeded all expectations and actually looked better in person, than in photos, which is rare these days! Extremely clean and well organized space, parking was plentiful, SO QUIET, and the location was ideal since it was off of the main roads so there was no noise, but very close for convenience of travel. Will definitely stay here again! Jerry and Natasha could not have been better to work with and were even able to accommodate my request of a slightly earlier check-in,……

“Absolutely lovely stay, convenient, clean, and full of everything we needed. We hope to be back in the future!”

“A quiet location with straightforward parking options. The rooms were basic but seemed cleaner compared to other budget places I've been to.”

“Everything was good. Only minor gripes were the air conditioner would cool below 72 (outside was about 90) and there were not enough utensils for 4 people to eat together.”

“Great location for getting around town.”

“The place was really nice and the proximity to restaurants and the river was awesome. Only issues we had were...the TV in the bedroom was inop and the front door code was confusing. Not just for us but numerous other guests were having issues getting in the front door. Everyone was trying to use their room door code to access the building.”

“The description and the pictures were exactly what was listed. Great location close to places to walk to. Loved the vibe and decor of the house. Only suggestion would be to have maybe a patio table and chairs to enjoy the deck outside.”
