“Great host and the property came exactly as advertised. We had a fun stay here. No TV's so it definitely feels like you're off the grid. I enjoyed that.”

“The accommodations were so charming and exactly what we needed as two families were vacationing with a total of eight children. The bunkbeds in the base lower level were a hit, and the third level Lookout tower area was perfect for two of our little girls around the ages of seven and eight. The property is amazing and the kids loved seeing the boats coming down the river, beautiful views every direction you looked and close enough proximity to Holiday world as we were vacationing there as well……

“This property is the most thoughtfully stocked place I've ever stayed. There was absolutely nothing that wasn't provided, even above and beyond. There was so much space for our group of 12, yet plenty of privacy when needed. We utilized the grill, the firepit and chairs, the entire kitchen...everything was great! It was a short walk to the covered bridge with very little traffic, and a short trip to dinner at The Chateau followed by a concert at Lincoln. Communication was a breeze. We all wished……

“The host, cabin, location, and amenities were awesome! The town of Derby has everything needed for a weekend stay and fishing! And the people of Derby are very friendly and helpful! We will be back!”

“The Never Leaf cabin was clean for the most part. The coffee pot was beyond dirty and I scrubbed it myself to be able to use it. The air conditioner froze up and it got very hot and uncomfortable to sleep at night. The porch was only screened in on 2 sides. The porch also needs more than one rocking chair to enjoy. The property grounds and amenities were great and family friendly but the listing did not explain that it was a shared community space.”

“Communication was great. Brenda assisted us with tv issues immediately and all worries were quickly taken care of. Being that it’s in the middle of the woods it was relaxing and the environment was exquisite”

“Cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. Cellphone signal and WIFI was spotty. It was closer to the road than I expected and lots of traffic noise. Other than that it was a good space to get away for a few days. The whole process was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.”
