“What a great stay we had, Our host kicked off the stay by leaving us a bottle of local wine and a package of locally owned coffee. So classy and thoughtful. The location to Terry Peak is perfect, and outside of town far enough to feel in the wilderness. Just a short drive to both Lead and Deadwood. ”

“Location was great and beds were comfortable. There was a horrible smell coming from the washer. Like a musty moldy smell. There were huge wads of hair in the laundry room floor and in the hallway. The shower head was so clogged that there were only a few tiny streams of water coming out. My husband actually went to the hardware store and bought a new shower head for us to use during our stay. For some reason there were no eating utensils. We ordered take out and had to eat with measuring……

“This property rates in the top 10% of all of our national and international home stays. Pros:(1)Location; (2)Up-to-date decor, furniture, and TV displays (3) Good and well-stocked selection of dishes, glasses, knives etc.(4) exceptionally clean (5) Up-to-date appliances; (6) Outstanding owner communication; (7) Fully usable garage for our truck. Cons: NoneWe'd go back if we lived closer than the west coast.”
