“Clean rooms , friendly staff and water park was nice”

“Almost everything stood out as excellent! One thing is a bit puzzling/annoying however. For such a beautiful and outstanding hotel in every other way, the walls are paper thin and it’s very easy to hear people in adjacent rooms. Especially when there is a high vacancy rate during winter months, why are guests even placed in side by side rooms like we just experienced? Other than that, we loved this hotel!!!”

“The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. Isabelle/Markayla did a wonderful job. The room was welcoming. The breakfast was good. Although maybe potatoes without sausage added to them would have been nice as would a gravy without sausage. Just something to think about for those of us that don't eat pork. That is truly the only things i would change.”

“The room was very clean, the exception was the bathroom cabinet was a tiny bit dirty and there was a child’s toy on the floor. Otherwise it’s one of the cleaner rooms I’ve stayed in for a long time. Typical hotel noises. The room was nice and large and comfortable for 6 of us. Sheets were very soft. Loved all the cabinets and countertop space as well as the kitchen area. Not a fan of the breakfast set up, was very difficult to move around and got so busy and jammed. Overall we were happy to stay……

“Great staff clean hotel room however I would recommend y’all getting fridges in the rooms like mini fridges but maybe mine just didn’t have one and you can request a room with one. Otherwise, I thought it was a great stay. The airport shuttle is a huge benefit and it’s very inexpensive. Much cheaper than any cab you could have gotten in the city which runs about 50 bucks I found”
