“The best hotel our family has stayed at that wasn't a resort. Complimentary guest laundry room, Social Hour M-W from 5:30-7 fed our family dinner for free and has free beer and wine during that time. The hotel was so clean and had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!”

“We booked a 4 night stay and our room was never properly cleaned. I understand about service every other day as far as making beds but we didn’t have any clean coffee cups or water glasses or packets to make coffee. I was very disappointed in the housekeeping services and would definitely discourage anyone from staying there.”

“The staff was very helpful. Everything was very clean. The sink was clogged on arrival and maintenance was unable to fix it so we were promptly moved to another room. Pleased with our stay.”

“I was disappointed that our room was not clean. There was hair all over the bathroom floor when we came in. There wasn't anyone at the front desk when we arrived to check in. After about 5 minutes someone came up. By that time there were three people waiting to check in. Perhaps there is a staffing problem? We did enjoy a hot breakfast in the morning before leaving and the beds were very comfortable.”

“The best thing this place has going for it is the location, the restaurant, the bartender Dylan and the front desk worker Lucille. Dirty lobby when we first arrived, asked for water, pointed at an old red bull cooer and said $1. Room was outdated, extremely dirty, white linens were covered in dog hair, bathroom smelled extremely moldy and floor was not vacuumed. Could not accommodate moving me to a new room. So I requested new linens be put on beds and deep clean performed. The request was……

“Both evening and morning staff very unfriendly, not a family friendly place at all. Walking down the hallway you can hear conversations or televisions in multiple rooms as doors and walls are very thin. We are on a family vacation and we all agree we would never recommend this to anyone we know.”

“All the staff members were helpful. Some things about the room and getting it cleaned not so great.”

“We stayed there three nights in two different rooms. One room was cleaned once and the other room was not cleaned at all. On two of the nights the room keys didn't work. We asked for help regarding room cleaning and were told by a frustrated employee (a short, blond lady) who had just come on duty that she didn't have time to deal with the problem. As with the other associates, she wasn't wearing a name badge. The continental breakfast barely ranked as meager at best and we didn't see……
