“This hotel is right in the Rapid City downtown and location is the best to explore the coffee houses and restaurants. Worked well for our 4th of july visit. The Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake and Needles are like 30-40 mins away. Highly recommended.”

“Two things are paramount to me for a hotel room. The bed and bathroom. The bed and pillows at the double tree were excellent and I had the best sleep of my trip during the stay in this hotel. All Hiltons should follow the standard of bed and pillow quality that is at this hotel! The bathroom was nice but the water pressure was a bit low. It was also a little bit cramped with the layout but I would not trade the extra room we had in the sleeping area for a bigger bathroom. It simply got……

“There was nothing unique I always stay at Hampton Inn, this hotel had the quality of most Hampton Inn's that I stay at. The staff, were good, the food was good ( lots of choices). hotel was clean. I had no problems at all.”

“We stayed there three nights in two different rooms. One room was cleaned once and the other room was not cleaned at all. On two of the nights the room keys didn't work. We asked for help regarding room cleaning and were told by a frustrated employee (a short, blond lady) who had just come on duty that she didn't have time to deal with the problem. As with the other associates, she wasn't wearing a name badge. The continental breakfast barely ranked as meager at best and we didn't see……

“We couldnt check in because the manager never showed up. After waiting outside for almost 2 hours and three phone calls my husband and i ended up leaving and driving the rest of the 6 hours home. I also have current picturea that i want to share because the property today is nothing like what is posted on your website.
