「Staff were friendly and helped when I needed assistance with options of what the area offered and with the computer. The evening dinners on Monday and Tuesday were amazing. Loved the options provided and the kitchen staff did a wonderful job always checking to see if any of the food options needed to be refilled. Love Staybridges hotels and have been to many throughout the USA.」

「This hotel is right in the Rapid City downtown and location is the best to explore the coffee houses and restaurants. Worked well for our 4th of july visit. The Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake and Needles are like 30-40 mins away. Highly recommended.」

「We stayed there three nights in two different rooms. One room was cleaned once and the other room was not cleaned at all. On two of the nights the room keys didn't work. We asked for help regarding room cleaning and were told by a frustrated employee (a short, blond lady) who had just come on duty that she didn't have time to deal with the problem.
