「When we check-in the first day the front desk was really helpful. But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel is about the breakfast, staff and the room. First, the breakfast the food and the coffee run out we went to tell the person that the food is out. She roll her eye at us and look us from the top to bottom. 「I'm not a big fan of going to a pool area that smells like chlorine. It's too overwhelming.」

「I will say, the only reason I am not giving this a better rating is because nowhere on the website or when we made the reservation were we told that the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, and the key amenities we were looking for (namely the swimming pool for our kids, and the hot fresh breakfasts) were not going to be available. I don't care how friendly the staff is, or how nice the rooms, when this level of restriction is not publicized prior to booking, it is an extremely poor look...

「Close to the 90 and Mt Rushmore. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Warm fresh baked cookies in the lobby. Used the whirlpool and pool and liked them fine. Across the street from Mongolian BBQ which we loved. Clean comfortable room and beds.」

「It was okay. I think doubletree properties are not well maintained and going down hill. The room was very dusty and did not a shower curtain The parking fee is just a revenue grab. No one was parked there.」
