“The property was clean and the remodel was well done but the ACs were not replaced. Mine was turned down to 62 and ran all night but the room never got cool, even with a cool, rainy day outside.”

“This hotel is located on Main Street near everything you need in Sturgis. And they were very accommodating with my dog. The coffee shop in the lobby is a great amenity! I would have liked to water in the shower to be hotter, but I like very hot water so may not be a big deal to someone else.”

“One worker was very polite, the rest were rude and unhelpful. The halls and rooms were filthy. Garbage literally all over the floor and the carpet was so stained you couldn't even tell the original color. There was absolutely no breakfast, just a loaf of bread with no toaster. The hot water did not work in the room, there was no internet and the fridge didn't work.”

“The bright spots were that the room was clean and had a full sized and fully functional microwave and refrigerator/freezer. It also had a nice little 2-burner stove, and a faucet and sink in the little kitchen area. Unfortunately there were no pots or pans, plates or utensils, and no dishwashing liquid or dish towels. There were also no bath towels, remote for the TV, light bulb in the nightstand lamp, and no table or desk. The front desk person said they would bring the towels and remote,……
