「we got a newly renovated room and we can still smell it. Great value for price. Nice location to the high way. 」

「The hotel staff were friendly. Check in was quick. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was awesome. The pool was on the smaller side. The barn door on the bathroom had a large gap when “closed,” which made it very easy to see who was in the shower. 」

「We stayed in a king suite room; it was super spacious, updated, and clean. We loved the water park access! The restaurant, Sliders, had a good variety of food options and wasn't terribly overpriced. Breakfast was good--they had waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, and egg and sausage patties. My only complaints are that the water park was very overcrowded and there were too few lifeguards. Without adequate supervision, there were quite a few kids paying no attention...

「It was a busy weekend but garbage was not emptied by elevator on 2nd floor. There was trouble with the room key card but staff was good about giving new cards however I believe it was the reader on the door that was the trouble.」

「Great area for families with children. The only thing we were disappointed in was we ordered quite a few times from the restaurant at the pool but they won’t let you bring in food from outside there restaurant at all. You can only eat there burgers and pizza so many times. We saw a lot of people bring in food from door dash and so we did the same and got told we couldn’t eat it in the pool area or surrounding areas. Pretty pathetic. We spent a lot of money at the hotel and the water park 」

「Terrible experience all around. Staff is very unfriendly and wouldn't issue a refund despite doing everything to said to do. The beds are absolutely terrible and when I mean terrible I mean rock hard. There is trash everywhere outside the building, very unpleasant looking. Breakfast is limited and the biscuits weren't done. 」
