“Cute place, comfy bed, clean. Has video to help you find the place which I thought was brilliant! Nice soaps & jams on the shelf in living room that you can buy from local artisans. Communication was excellent with host. Would rent again from host!”

“It was a very cute place, it was clean and had all that we needed. There are a couple of things that did need attention. The couch was NOT comfortable at all, it had no cushioning at all to it, you sat and all you felt was springs. If they reupholster the couch or got a bigger couch it would be better. The little desk had a nail sticking out of it. Other than that it was a nice place.”

“Would've liked a totally fenced yard for our dog but there was a lovely park just 2 blocks away. The bed was comfortable and the house was quiet with very little traffic noise. Much better than staying in a motel!.”

“We felt very comfortable in this updated nice size one bedroom triplex. It had everything you might need and good streaming service and Wi-Fi. It was easy to drive anywhere from it, and we liked the quiet neighborhood. The living space was very comfortable and it was a breeze cooking in the kitchen. We never used the shared yard and fire pit or hot tub. We were out and about sightseeing. Don’t miss the petroglyph trails or the botanical gardens, or the Bosque trail by the Rio Grande. Shop at……

“Let the tourists overpay to stay in Nob Hill. Choose this cute little home in the Ridgecrest area (where all the UNM professors lived in the 50s!). Close to everywhere important and safe as can be. The property was just as described. Well appointed with all amenities. Clean and perfect for a family or two couples. Wonderful, responsive hosts. Great price. Can't go wrong.”

We enjoyed our dinners in the quiet backyard with some lovely porch lighting. The neighborhood was busy but not loud. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.”
