“The yurt is perfect, with all the amenities for a relaxed stay in nature. The owners have provided all the access to power, water, heating to make it like a well appointed hotel room, but in the country and with windows all around. I could happily watch the sky through the skylight for hours.”

“Charming, rustic property. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Fireplace heats the house very well. We didn't need baseboard heat (or we could have skipped the fire). Loved the sauna. So happy to not have access to WiFi. Comfy beds. Awesome hosts. -- responded quickly to a question and were very friendly. Loved the sounds of frogs and birds, and the stars were beautiful.”

“Despite the cool rainy day, we had a cozy little cabin to celebrate our anniversary. The hot tub was a nice too. Great for a glamping experience. The house is really close but inside the cabin you would never know it.”

“This was such an accommodating place to stay. There was no need to bring pots or pans for cooking breakfast or meals as the full kitchen had everything we needed. There was a thoughtful welcome basket with snacks that we enjoyed and greatly appreciated. There wasn't a bad bedroom to sleep in they were equally decorated and had comfortable pillows and blankets. I appreciated the fan in each bedroom as I can not sleep without one. Plenty of room to just hang out and enjoy the stay, we would love……

“The loft is amazing, lovely decor with all the necessities and more! Shelia and Darrin are the best hosts we have ever encounter with our rental stays - so friendly and generous. We loved the boathouse and the sauna and Darrin always offered to get the sauna started for us! The location couldn’t be more beautiful, the private lake is so peaceful and you are surrounded by beautiful trees! During our stay we saw some amazing northern lights! A total bonus to an already amazing stay! We look……

“The area around this house is part old commercial and part empty and dilapidated. I was traveling alone and felt I was in an unsafe area. The house was secure with good locks though. The first night the occupied house next door had a consistent banging on the door at 3 am and woke me up. The next 2 nights were without incident. Overall I liked the place for its cleanliness and updated bath and kitchen. Having streaming TV’s was very nice. I would stay here again if back in town. ”
