"I cannot think of anything negative to say about this rental! The house was exactly what was listed, plenty of room for 18 people, and exceptionally clean! The beach was awesome with toys for the kids, reclining chairs, and the dock was in great condition. Nick the property manager was extremely responsive and very personable! I would definitely recommend this rental for a large family looking to make memories!"

"Excellent host and a great property. Home was exactly as described. I decided to do a spur of the moment dunes trip with my SXS and couldn’t have worked out better with the location of this property. The backyard is quite literally the dunes and you have an amazing view of Lake Michigan out front. ORV park entrance is 5 mins away. The entry road to the neighborhood is a bit narrow and steep at times but no issues with my F350 and 16 foot trailer. The driveway is easy to back into but I wouldn’t go more than a 18-20 foot trailer. Overall, for the price and location, I would recommend staying here. "
