“The property was exactly as described”

“Sleeping arrangement and location was perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Since we took the train into town we needed to drop our luggage off early. The host allowed us to do so. The housekeeper was there so we made sure to be quick and place it where it was not in their way. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we make our next trip!”

“this is a little over-the-garage efficiency apartment that had everything we needed for weekend activities in chapel hill! although it’s one room (+bathroom) it was large enough to not feel cramped. the neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to and overall it was exactly what we needed!”

“What a great place to stay for the weekend! And all the little things that make the stay comfortable. This house has a circular driveway that makes it easy to unload the luggage and we really liked that it was one level. The bathroom had tons of room and a bidet! The shower had a new nozzle and plenty of hot water. We enjoyed laying on the couch and watching a family movie . They even had popcorn for us. This VRBO was stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar, tooth brushes and paste as well as……

“Fun, eclectic cabin with a lovely owner!”

“Kitchen, Laundry and Bathrooms are the strong points for this listing. Inside was clean and comfortable. Outside had great parking with easy entrance, but porch, deck and yard furniture were dirty and not kept up well. This lovely wooded area caused a late night Uber to be a bit anxious.”

“Cozy Cottage is as advertised. It was just my friend and I, but easily could have accommodated 4-6 adults. Nice outdoor spaces as well.”

“The house is great, there is a thing with the water getting a sulfur smell but the owner said to let water run for awhile and it fixed it on up and we didn’t have any more problems during our stay.”

“The property was beautiful, spacious and had privacy for everyone. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing we found wanting was bedside tables, extra garbage bags and a house “guide” for like checkout expectations and WiFi info. Also the amenities listed hairdryers but we did not find one anywhere, lol. Otherwise it was a perfect place for our family to spend time together. Highly recommend staying here!”
