I had booked the hotel and paid for online. Arrived at the hotel late in the evening to find the hotel staff not speaking much English and not very helpful. The receptionist said that the room had been booked but no payment was received and that we had to pay again. Even though we produced proof of payment he still demanded another payment. It was a problem with their bank I found out later. I did get a refund but it caused quite a bit of inconvenience.
The room needed updating and the shower was dirty.
The restaurant floor was not swept regularly during the buffet breakfast, there were bits of food etc on the floor.
The lobby however is spacious and very good.
