"I stay at this hotel every time I come to Dallas. However, I don’t like that if I’m staying more than one night I still expect my room clean & fresh towels in the room. I always have to go ask for towels and they never come clean the room. Besides this complaint I do enjoy staying here. "

"Pretty rough stay overall. Parking garage is rough and gross. Elevator had broken tiles on the floor. Roof was leaking when we got to lobby. One of our rooms has ants and non-functional AC. Workout room only had one functional treadmill. Hot tub had been filled in with cement and no longer exists. Chlorine smell is pretty overwhelming even outside the pool area. Staff did a decent job of trying to help rectify the room situation but not a hotel we'd come back to."

"Fake reviews don’t stay here. As soon as you pull up, you’re greeted by homeless people. The hallways smell terrible, and the room was nasty. The front desk did not want to provide a refund and also did not return the security deposit after leaving."

"No A/C in lobby and breakfast area only one elevator working, And you have to call front desk to send a elevator."

"Breakfast for 6 days I was there was sausages and scrambled egg - no variety. Noisy at night I had a ranting screaming woman in a room near me and nearly called the police because it felt like she was targeting a younger person in the room with her. Two nights of that. The hotel staff were great and helpful . It’s close to a shopping center that is mostly restaurants so that’s a positive but consequentially it’s noisy"
