The check in check in out was amazing quick and to the point. The rooms were clean and the amenities did not disappoint

Bed was caved in. I mentioned it to the staff and they said “we are aware and getting new beds.” No offer to comp or discount. Perhaps those rooms should not be available if you know they are not in good condition. Also asked for a towel that never made it up and when I looked around for staff on our floor I was basically ignored. Hate leaving a bad review but this did not meet expectations at all after heaving stayed there before.

The property is in very good condition. The parking is convenient and safe - albeit you have to ADD $22.00 per day to park in the attached garage. I guess paid parking is the “norm” and to be expected in large cities. The ONLY REAL complaint is the bed I slept in. The bed was not soft. There was a CONCAVE DEFORMITY. I’m only 160 lbs and I kept rolling towards the center of the mattress.

My stay was ok.
I wasn’t aware that this hotel doesn’t have microwave in rooms but down the hall near the ice machines.
I went to the room which was pretty spacious. King bed and a decent view.
Housekeeping is another thing.
For such a top tier hotel you’d think that would be the thing that was on point.
As i noticed that the room wasn’t vacuumed.
the creature comforts weren’t restocked. No coffee, sugar, and a used coffee filter still in the coffee maker.
No waters in room.
I figured i’d wait till the next day to get that replenished.
I thought wrong, nothing.
They came in and made the bed. My towel was still hanging in the bathroom. Still not vacuumed or the garbage not taken out. The housekeeping was less than helpful. The house keeping manager needs to do a better job with her staff. It’s basically a reflection of your management skills.
For such a big name property you’d think this would be basic for a hotel.
But these are “first world problems.”

When we arrived at thw property the hotel had approximately 20 to 30 cars beokwn into and the staff was rude and unapologetic to the peoplw this happened to. They did not want to cooperate with local police and for the individuals that had their cars brokwn into and windows smashed offered a credit for parking or breakfast when a new window cost near 400.00 and all of our stays was roughly 300 foe thw 2 nigbts. We will definitely not even be back to the hotel. The only nice employees were Hope and Art.
