「This property was AMAZING!! Rocky was very easy to reach about the couple problems we did have and they were quickly resolved. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was wonderful, the property was absolutely beautiful with wonderful river access, plus there’s an extremely sociable cat, Mittens that wonders the property and kept us great company during our stay. I cannot recommend this property enough for your stay, and we’ll defining be staying here again when we go back to Spokane.」

「This property had its pro’s and cons:
Pro’s: the two bedroom/two bath and overall living area of the property made it a decent value. It was also very clean and description is very accurate to the listing. Both beds were comfortable. Linens and towels very clean.
Con’s: the location of the property is in a very dicey area of downtown where there are drugged out homeless people hanging out by the entrance and throughout several surrounding city blocks to the property all day and all night....
