The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was good. We were totally confused by the shower in the bathtub as it didn't seem to have a diverter on the tap to activate it. Very disappointed that the pool, waterslide and hot tub were closed for maintenance and there was no mention of that when we booked the hotel.

Excellent professional service. When we checked in Tara (or is it Tana?) was working. She was polite, courteous, quick. She dropped off tissue paper to our room and was there at the front desk when we checked out. Pool and hot tub were great!

The pool and hot tub were the highlights of the stay. The restaurant microwaved parts of the food, the hallways were all marked up, there is no elevator to get to the 2nd floor, and the AC is always cranked and heat turned off for summer months, regardless of how chilly it is

This was not our first stay here. We return as the staff are great, breakfast is delicious, pool is fun rooms are clean. We traveled this time with 2 grand children and our Boston terrier. They gifted our dog with 2 new bowls, a toy and a treat. He was over the moon. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The waterside got plenty of use and we soaked in the hot tub- it could have used stronger jets but it worked and it was warm. The breakfast was included and was a buffet the day we visited. Plenty of choices including gluten free options. Definitely stay again when in the area.

Although the front desk folks were great the hotel is fairly disgusting. Very tired, dirty etc. Likely the worst hotel I've viewed in several years. I will say that the staff, following check in, allowed us to cancel our stay and move on with no charge...
