The staff was friendly and welcoming and though the hotel is old, it's clean and well maintained. The gym room is small but it had enough equipment for a good, cardio workout. The breakfast was terrible; no water, no fruit, and fake eggs and sausage. Our family travels a lot and we have stayed at less expensive hotels with a hot, healthy breakfast so we were very disappointed. Overall, the hotel is fine but I won't stay at it the next time we visit Medicine Hat.

Hotel has a water fountain when you walk in 😍 Easy check in, comfortable bed with lots of pillows 😀 , clean sheets, complimentary breakfast had lots of options my fav was the make your own waffle so yummy and easy to make took 3 minutes, easy check out. Will be staying there again next trip to Medicine Hat.

Staff were friendly on check-in and non-existent at check out (ourselves and three other people were waiting for desk staff and no one showed up) Room was ok. Dated but clean and with comfy bed! Shower was ok but the shower arm is mounted below 5' which puts the shower head around 55" (and I'm 6'2 lol) Breakfast was good. Nice selection of hot and cold options, lots of juices, coffee, teas and such as well.

Parking lot we found to be dark but hallway was very bright and well kept. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Pet friendly and wheelchair accessible if that’s important to you. Continental breakfast was okay…typical. We’d stay here again.
