「Location is the only good thing Grossly overpriced Poor service Pitifully understaffed No value for money at all The owner in their response wanted specific examples… so here it goes 1. 「The property is new, so the facilities were very clean. However, the lights in the guest rooms and outside the door are very harsh and garish. The bathroom set up can be improved, for instance the height of the towel rack must be reduced for ease of use and the water drain is very rudimentary, which can be upgraded. The food is excellent and the staff takes care to cook local cuisine, which is very commendable.」
