“Beautiful place and we really enjoyed our stay, but I would recommend making reservations for the SPA in advance. We arrived and were unable to use the SPA that afternoon and the following morning because they could not get staff. Other than that...a very nice place.”

“Good beach front location which has everything you need. Staff are helpful. Beach is stoney, not sandy, but excellent sandy beaches are a 20 min drive. Breakfast has good choice, but standard. The rooms and decor is dated. Swimming pool is Interesting but more like a paddling pool. After meal entertainment that has a Butlins feel, Spanish sryle! Think this hotel has real potential (eg rooftop bar) but needs investment.”

“All was well after we got in… a little stressed because the reception closed at 5pm and it was a last minute booking, with internet almost runnning out of juice. Beware that Maps sends you to the wrong street! But a call helped and a nice man showed up to get us in. We had problems connecting to the wifi - it never happened- and the shower turne scalding and won’t get cooler again for way too long. The place is lovely, very cozy, has great sunrise views ant the sea. There is a small balcony……

“The air condition was effective and life saving, as we arrived during the 3rd heatwave to Benidorm. Saulo, the multitasking receptionist was amazing, he succesfully tried to get all we asked for. The property was very clean, and in good condotion. The bed's mattress was just perfect (I am having problem with my lower back as I served 7.5 years in the army).
