Cosy and beautiful apartment "Lola" is situated in the center of small tourist resort of Pješčana Uvala. It is just 100 metres away from the sea and has a spectacular sea view. It is situated on the second (last) floor of the private house. It is a place for those desiring a very special and unforgettable vacation.
"Lola" apartment has 85 m2 and consists of 2 large bedrooms, one bathroom, large kitchen/dining and living area where is situated an air condition unit and TV. It has large balcony and terrace where you can enjoy through day and night drinking your morning coffee or dinning or sunbathing while looking at the sea and enjoying in its sparkling moments. Sunsets on the balcony are so relaxing and amasing with its colors, smell of the see, where you can enjoy with all your senses.
It has free wi-fi, 2 free parking spaces available in the garden and a common barbecue area behind the house.
The owner Alenka lives in the city of Pula but will be on site to welcome you and ensure that your stay would be an unforgettable expirience.

Super Ferien - super Lage

Unser Aufenthalt südlich von Pula war hervorragend. Das Appartement liegt 100 m vom Hauptstrand entfernt, wobei knapp 500 m entlang der Küste genügend Möglichkeiten bestehen, einen ruhigeren Platz zu finden. Das Wasser ist super, teils tief genug zum tauchen, teils nur so tief, dass es zum schnorcheln oder für Kleinkinder geeignet ist. Das Appartement selbst bietet alles was man braucht, von Klimaanlage über Sonnenterrasse bis zur geräumigen Küche. Restaurants, Strandbars und kleine Supermärkte sind fussläufig erreichbar. Innerhalb von 15 bis 30 Minuten ist man in verschiedenen Nationalparks, in Pula oder auch in Medulin und damit sehr gut gelegen. Die Vemieterin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen und Problemchen. Mit super Wetter ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit der Familie!

We had a very nice week in this Apartment with a beautiful sea view perfect for a relaxed evening on the roof terrace. The flat is very close to a small beach and all necessary facilities are within walking distance (restaurants, beach bars, boat rental, small supermarket, bakery).

Die Ferienwohnung ist für eine 4-Köpfige Familie super!

Die Ferienwohnung ist für eine 4-Köpfige Familie super! Ausstattung ist gut, jedoch muss man Grundausstattung wie Salz und Pfeffer selbst mitbringen. Der kürzeste Strand ist nicht zu empfehlen überlaufen und nicht so sauberes Wasser.( liegt eindeutig an den Urlaubern) Läuft man jedoch 7 Minuten weiter in die andere Richtung, kommt man an einen tollen Abschnitt mit super tollem Wasser! Kinder sollen jedoch schon eine „ Pool-Leiter“ benutzen können! Platz bekommt man zu jeder Zeit und es ist nicht überlaufen. Vielen Dank auch an Alenka ( Wohnungsbesitzerin) die immer nachfragte ob es uns gut geht! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
