Die Möbel und die Zimmerausstattung selbst sind in den 90-iger Jahren stehen geblieben, hingegen wurden die Bäder bereits modernisiert. Eine angenehme Frühstücksatmosphäre kommt nicht, auch, da das ganze Buffet auf engstem Raum aufgebaut ist und der Größe des Hotels nicht entspricht. Auch war der Service wieder einmal eine Zumutung, Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sind Fremdwörter. Sobald ein besonderes Event in dem Hotel, wie z.B. eine Hochzeit stattfinden, sind die übrigen Gäste Gäste 2. Klasse. Wohlfühlen und entspannen in der sonst sehr schönen Gegend und Anlage fällt somit sehr schwer. Der Umsatz ist wichtiger als das Wohl des Gastes.

In Summe ein gutes Hotel, welches dennoch Potential hat. Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig, die Bäder hingegen modern. Der Service vom Personal ist ebenfalls sehr unterschiedlich und von der Person abhängig, von nicht zu empfehlen bis genau richtig für die Kategorie ist alles vorhanden. Um nicht nur preislich bei 4 Sternen zu sein, muss dieses Haus noch einen weiten Weg gehen.

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort untergebracht. Das Abendesden sowie das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Würden beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder dort einkehren. Leider ist die Nutzung des Wellnessbereiches für Hotel Gäste nicht wirklich kostenfrei.

Et rigtig dejligt ophold

Vildt god aftensmad, god seng, godt wifi og fantastisk spa afdeling med mange saunaer og opvarmet udendørs pool og saunagus. Lækker morgenmad og meget servicemindet og venligt personale. Relativt Tæt på motorvejen men i rolige omgivelser. Nyrenoveret hotel flere steder. Jeg kommer igen

Skønt ophold, dog var der varmt på værelset og ikke muligt at have åben vinduer da det vendte med terrassen som var meget brugt af hotellets andre gæster. Det kunnet være en fordel at have aircondition på de værelser hvor det ikke er muligt at have åben vinduer! :) eller et super ophold

Hotellet var pænt og rent. Men levede ikke op til billederne. Personalet var svære at kommunikere med, da de ikke talte engelsk. Personalet var ikke særlig imødekommende. Vi tog hjem en dag før end planlagt, da det ikke var hvad vi havde forventet. Vi oplevede hotelchefen skælde ud på personalet, foran gæsterne, det var meget ubehageligt! Vi kommer ikke igen.

Wir wurden leider in dem Altbau untergebracht. Die Bilder die im Internet sind, stimmen nicht überein.Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich nur leider hat unser Bett so gequietscht, dass wir nachts immer aufgewacht sind 😂😂 Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte größer sein. Leider wird es im internet größer angeboten als es dann wirklich ist. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend :) Also alles in allem zu teuer für das was man geboten bekommt leider...

Der Preis ist nicht angemessen für das Zimmer, keine Klimaanlage, keine Möglichkeiten eines Schreibtisches (belegt durch Fernseher und Kaffeemaschine), Fernseher älteres Semester. Spa Bereich nur von 17.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr geöffnet und dann weitere 10,00 € dafür zu zahlen. Freundlicher Empfang, Parkplätze am Haus Gebührenfrei, ein Top Frühstück, Restaurant mit Aussenplätze, keine Rouladen, freundliches Personal im Restaurant.

Das Zimmer war schlecht gelegen. Sehr warm und lässt sich nicht gut lüften weil es in einem überdachten Kanal liegt. Es wird nicht darauf hingewiesen das die Sauna extra kostet.Wenn ich den Zimmerservice nicht im Gang um 14:30 getroffen hätte, hätten der Service das Zimmer vergessen. Das Personal war beim Einchecken sehr überhäblich, so dass ich froh sein kann für 125 Euro die Nacht hier übernachten darf. In der Beschreibung war die Rede von Barrierefrei, ich brauchte fast eine Trittleiter um in die veraltete Dusche zu kommen, wo der Wasserdruck nicht besonders groß war. Das ist leider für mich für die Zukunft ein Ausschluss Kriterium. Schade da wir einige Kunden in Meerane haben. Zu teuer für die magere Leistung.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit einem Restaurant im Haus und einem Restaurant auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr hochwertig, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Massagen o.ä. sollten im Voraus gebucht werden.

Vraiment trop cher (145€ dans la campagne allemande ) pour un hôtel sans climatisation, extrêmement bruyant avec des odeurs de cuisine désagréables et assez viellot dans l'ensemble. Sans compter le réceptionniste qui ne parle pas du tout anglais. Seul point positif, la propreté !

Mindesthaltbarkeit (minibar) teilweise überschritten 😥 Duschkopf war defekt, wurde aber nach einem Tag repariert. Lampen und Ablageflächen etwas staubig. Ansonsten sehr freundliches Personal, besonders im Frühstückraum 😊

War angenehm überrascht über dieses Hotel, die angeschlossene Pizzeria, Schokoladen-Manufaktur und der Wellnessbereich taten dem keinen Abbruch! Wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin weiß ich wo ich gut und entspannt unterkomme.

Kleines Zimmer - hoher Preis

Wir waren hier um an einer Hochzeitsfeier teilzunehmen. Leider schien dieser Umstand und die daraus erwarteten vielen Übernachtungsgäste auch auf den Preis niederzuschlagen. Unser Zimmer war etwas klein aber OK. In der Sommerhitze wäre eine Klimaanlage angenehm gewesen.

Der SPA Bereich ist wirklich hervorragend,...sehr zu empfehlen die Aufgüsse in der finnischen Sauna von Silvio. Das Standard Doppelzimmer hat schon einige Ecken wo man die Jahre des Zimmers bemerkt,aber nicht schlimm,da fehlt z.B. manchmal nur etwas Farbe an der Badezimmertür

Property was hosting weddings Friday- Sunday, loud music up to 3 am, no AC at the property need to keep windows open, so can not get away from the noise.... No tea or coffee in the room, will charge you 3 Euros for the cup in the restaurant....
