「Amazing villa! Everything is top‑quality – fully equipped kitchen, perfect pool, beautiful lawn, and great privacy with lots of space from the neighbors.We almost didn’t book because there were few reviews, but we’re so glad we did. 「Agistri Island is a quite and relaxing Paradise with crystal waters and wonderful beaches. Noisma Casa Unico is part of it. Front beach with infinity sea water pool, very nice rooms, we’d two rooms pool and sea front really amazing with private space and double lounger. Others single lounger are poolside. 「This is a very sweet place to stay in Perdika, only a 10 minute walk from the harbour, restaurants and small beach.
The room was comfortable and clean and was refreshed daily. Although the two rooms we booked hadn’t been set up as requested, that was swiftly and kindly rectified by the staff (worth noting though that we booked a twin room for our teenagers which ended up being a double bed and a pull out trundle bed).

「A dream of a villa. We had an amazing time. The views are staggering. Out across the sea, for miles and miles, all framed by the Peloponnese and Methana. The house is perfect. Stylish without being precious, and very well-equipped and usable. The pool and outdoor dining area are wonderful and it's a joy to be able to trundle down the steps to the near-private beach below.
