Would stay here again

Really enjoyed our stay, very relaxing. Beautiful view of the Reichenbach falls and very close to the station which has hourly trains to Interlaken and other places of interest.

Great location for a vacation with Family

Excellent location for a family vacation. Staff and hotel were excellent. The apartments are well maintained, clean and with everything needed. Close to many places within the area that are worth visiting. Would come back. Only con would be some loud and disruptive neighbors during our stay but the staff made everything possible to quiet things to great success.

Property was nice, newly built, clean and very near to the station. The only challenge that we felt was checking in check out. Signs were really very strict with travellers coming long way. I think there should be still some flexibility in terms of checking and check out timings. Also, the laundry timings was very specific which did not allow us to do the laundry as per our convenience.

Laundry facility too bad. The staff not available all the time. But resort was neat. As a tourist, feeling like resting and enjoying, but this felt like we had to do lot of work cleaning and setting things up. Seen so many bugs inside the house and there is no proper air conditioning. We didn't have a pleasant sleep. There was a park for lids to play in which was convenient for us though.
