Lovely stay - perfect villa

All was perfect - Ludovic is a great host, Mr. Bernard is a fantastic & friendly representative nearby. The spacious villa is well-eqiupped, the heated pool is a highlight for kids & adults. Overall we would rate a full 10/10 - thanks and à bientot.

can't comment on kid friendly but time by the pool was great. Disappointed in pool as size shown as 8 metres but due to huge steps swim length only about 5 metres, plus odd siting of pool cover (over the pool) meant banged heads upon turning to swim back. Very tight driveway with hedges on both sides rubbing against car. Had to go into the property via the garage and out the same way - not great, and dangerous steps too. Last negative comment is that oven was not big enough to cook a meal for 4 people, and property can sleep 6! However, all that being said, the property itself was good with plenty of space and a good layout, and was in a nice location. Martin Tooth

A perfect place for a relaxing holiday

We stayed for a week. The weather was scorching hot. From the moment we arrived we felt at home, partly from messages from the wonder, partly by Philippe, who greeted us and showed us around, and partly because the villa itself is so warm and welcoming. We had a relaxing stay. The town was quiet but with activities in the town square every day or evening. We spent most of our time in the pool, or at one of the beautiful river beaches nearby. We also visited the grotte de salamander, which was incredible.

Mooi huis

Prima huis, van alle gemakken vporzien. Rustig gelegen, veel privacy. Super tv, tafeltennistafel en natuurlijk.het heerlijke zwembad. Het dorp stelt weinig voor. Wel een prima supermarkt en een paar eenvoudige restaurantjes (waarvan de meeste alleen voor de lunch open waren en maar 1 of 2 avonden per week). Wel mooie wandelmogelijkheden en centraal gelegen.

Séjour hyper agréable !

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable ! Tout d abord très bien accueillis, nous avons découvert une villa magnifique, excessivement spacieuse, lumineuse, très bien entretenue et disposant de tout l équipement nécessaire voir plus ! La terrasse et la piscine sont dans la même lignée, du mobilier très confortable permettant de profiter de la belle piscine très bien entretenue. Le jardin et son patio son un havre de paix, calmes et également entretenus avec soin. Les propriétaires sont hyper réactifs et attentifs au bon déroulement du séjour. Les environs sont très agréables permettant de nombreuses balades diverses. Au total, un séjour qui va nous laisser d excellents souvenirs pour de nombreuses raisons et donner l envie de revenir !!! Merci beaucoup !!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Lieber Ludovic, vielen Dank, dass wir Ihr Ferienhaus mieten durften. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hell, sehr sauber und das Grundstück mit der großen Terrasse und dem tollen Pool ideal zum Entspannen. Wir und unsere beiden Kinder hatten eine herrliche Woche in diesem schönen Ort und haben jeden Tag die schöne Aussicht des Hauses mit leckeren Croissants und Baguette von der örtlichen Boulangerie genossen. Einen Pluspunkt gibt es auch für die tolle Ausstattung des Hauses, vor allem für die guten und bequemen Matratzen. Wir kommen gerne bald wieder!

Havre de paix et de confort

Tous les critères que nous cherchions ont été comblés : repos, piscine chauffée, confort, proximité de randonnées. Le propriétaire a répondu à toutes nos questions très rapidement et nous avons été très bien accueillis par la personne sur place. Des vacances réussies à tous points de vue. Les habitants de Méjannes Le Clap sont très amicaux. Nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés. Si nous revenons dans la région, c'est là que nous reviendrons.

Séjour parfait !

C’est la deuxième fois que je loue cette maison et c’est toujours une excellente expérience. La maison est impeccable et correspond tout a fait a l’annonce. Des améliorations ont été apportées par rapport a mon premier séjour entre autres le lit de la chambre parentale a été changé pour un plus grand ce qui améliore grandement le confort.

Sehr schönes Haus, leider mit kleinen Schwächen

Wir waren zu sechst zu Gast in diesem sehr hellen Haus. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die große Terrasse mit der Tischtennisplatte und natürlich dem Pool, der sogar ein Salzwasserpool ist, das war wirklich super. Die Küche ist sehr groß, die Töpfe leider auch, kleine gab es keine - hier könnte noch nachgebessert werden. Was uns doch ziemlich irritiert hat, war der Checkout. Wir haben es noch nie erlebt, dass eine komplette Inventarliste schriftlich durchgegangen und abgehakt wird. Da kommt man sich etwas merkwürdig vor als Gast. Andere Verwalter checken mit wenigen Blicken in wenigen Minuten, ob alles Wesentliche an seinem Platz und okay ist. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt - vielen Dank, Ludovic, dass wir bei euch wohnen durften. Es war sehr schön!

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Schon zum zweiten Mal haben wir nun unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir waren wieder vollauf zufrieden. Für Menschen die Party machen wollen ist es völlig ungeeignet, aber für ruhige Paare oder Familien, die einige Tage den Alltag vergessen wollen und einfach nur entspannen ist dieses Haus ideal. Es war auch diesmal in perfekt sauberem Zustand, alle Geräte und Einrichtungen funktionieren wie sie sollen und der beheizte Pool ist einfach eine Wonne. Gleich nach dem Frühstück haben wir jeden Tag das erste angenehm warme Bad genommen um den Tag "urlaubsmäßig" zu beginnen. Wie bereits in der ersten Bewertung erwähnt ist ein Auto Pflicht, denn außer einem Bäcker und einem kleinen Supermarkt (der allerdings auch Sonntags geöffnet hat) gibt es im Ort selbst nicht viele Möglichkeiten. Dafür ist es wunderbar ruhig und man kann auf dem gut geschützten großen Grundstück entspannen. Wir haben schon wieder für das nächste Jahr gebucht, denn für uns ist ein schöner Pool und ein sauberes Haus in ruhiger Lage wichtiger als das Nachtleben.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans une villa " au top de chez top" plus que bien équipé ,au calme et avec en plus une belle piscine Nous avons été reçu par par le représentant du propriétaire ,monsieur Bernard qui a été aux petits soins pour nous ainsi que le propriétaire qui nous a gentiment téléphoné pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue et également résoudre très vite un petit souci dans la maison. Superbe prestation très bien équipée bien exposée

Belle villa tres calme, avec belle piscine, extérieurs très agréables et très pratique pour les enfants. Commerces à 10 mn à pied et au centre du village beaucoup d animations et de soirées à thème. Terrain de pétanque ombragé au village. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine nous la recommandons sans aucun problème Propriétaire très à l écoute de ses locataires et très serviable.

Une adresse à retenir !

Nous avons passé dans cette propriété une semaine de vacances magnifique ! La maison est très propre, très bien agencée, et très bien située, tant par le calme autour de la propriété, que par l'emplacement dans la région. Méjannes-le-Clap est un charmant petit village où l'on se sent bien accueilli. Les contacts avec les propriétaires et la personne qui fait l'entrée et la sortie des lieux étaient très bien. Nous y reviendrons, c'est certain !

Magnifique séjour!

Nous avons séjourné à 7 dans cette superbe villa (2 adultes,5 enfants). Tout est fait pour vivre des vacances zéro stress! Envoi d'un dossier complet par les propriétaires avant l'arrivée, équipement plus que complet des lieux. Localisation à la fois calme et proche de toutes commodités! Un vrai bonheur, des vacances inoubliables tant pour les grands que pour les petits.

We hebben een heerlijke week doorgebracht in het mooie huis van Ludovic, de ligging is goed , het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en het heeft een lekker verwarmd zwembad met volop privacy. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen

Wir hatten mit unserem Sohn das Glück uns eine Woche lang von der anstrengenden Corona-Zeit erholen zu können. Das Haus ist außerordentlich sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der große Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Der beheizte Pool war natürlich das Highlight, gerade weil das Wetter bei unserem Aufenthalt noch nicht wirklich sommerlich war. Möbel, Matratzen und Küchengeräte sind alle sehr hochwertig und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der Ort ist klein und ruhig, hat aber einen kleinen Supermarkt und einige Länden am Marktplatz. Um die Umgebung und die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen oder für einen größeren Einkauf ist aber ein Auto unverzichtbar. Dieses kann in der Garage geparkt werden, die im Haus ist und deren Tor ebenso wie das Einfahrtstor, die Markisen, die Rolläden und viele andere Dinge elektrisch betrieben sind. Es ist sehr konfortabel hier... Alles in allem ein wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub in einem schönen Haus in einer schönen Landschaft. Wir haben bereits unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im Sommer gebucht...

maison conforme à l'annonce. Propreté irréprochable. Maison traditionnelle et fonctionnelle. Jolie piscine. Petit mais joli jardin arboré avec goût. Parfait pour famille. Les points noirs (non liés directement à la maison) 1. Maison dans résidence avec des maisons en état de chantier permanent tout autour 2. Village de Mejannes très moche et avec presque aucun commerce.. et même en Août c' est a peine mieux. 3. Le calme dans un écrin de charme

Des prestations de haut standing pour cette location de vacances : belle piscine, équipements de qualité, jardin magnifique avec un coin "secret" pour des apéros ou des pauses lecture à l'ombre, une très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, des commerces à 10 minutes à pied, un max de choses à voir. Ca donne envie de revenir, c'est certain.

Lovely Villa

Great stay. Villa is very well appointed with great kitchen kit and all round facilities. Comfy beds and decent pillows too!

Semaine plus que parfaite

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine (qui a passé super vite)!!!! La villa est splendide. Il manque rien tout est pensé. Endroit très calme, magnifique jardin, aucun vis à vis, piscine chauffée à 28 degrés, table de ping-pong, boule ect tout est à disposition !!!! Les propriétaires aux top !!! Réponse rapide et tout est très bien expliqué sur l'utilisation du mobilier ect... Je recommande vivement cette location très bien située. Une chose est sûre nous reviendrons.
