“The wifi is so poor in room 104. Always disconnect and very slow. The beds are so thin. There was no privacy curtain for upper deck beds like other rooms. The kitchen stoves cannot be used at the same times. only 1 at a time. One microwave oven not working.”

“Excellent for my 3 days of stay. It is my first experience of staying at capsule hotel in Japan. I would like to stay here again for my next trip to Tokyo!”

“Thank u, great stay”

“Nice and tidy. A bit distant from the center but located in a safe and quite area which I have no issues with. Host is very friendly and speaks perfect English! The butter toasts for breakfast are really crispy and fluffy, which is a great surprise.”

“Very dirty and full of bad smell and bad guys running around! I lost some money when I came back to my bed at night l! When I went bathing, There was shits in the floor!!! How bad smell but I still had to bathe !! The owner is unhelpful. I would rather sleep on the street than this bad place! Very not recommend ! ”
